Service contracts

Ok not DIY, but anyone tried any of the service contracts companies hold and if so which one is best?

I have a brilliant contract. It costs £35 for the year. For that I get two services and a spring clean.

Never had my lawn mower working so well.

Woops ment things like household maintenance eg pipes and fittings, central heating etc.
