I'VE GOT A SERVIS AUTOWASHER {MODEL M6115} I HAVE HAD SERVIS REPAIR IT BY CHANGING THE PROGRAM BOARD AND IT STILL DOES'NT SPIN FAST OR FINISH THE WASH WHEN I TAKE THE WASHING OUT AND IT IS SOAKING WET WITH DIRTY WATER. THE REPAIR MAN IS COMING OUT TODAY TO HAVE ANOTHER LOOK. HE HAS ALREADY 'FIXED' IT TWICE ANY TIPS FOR HIM.

something you could do yourself, look at the run of the waste water hose; does it go into a vertical standpipe to the drain, or is it connected to the sink waste? If on a sink waste and it does not rise in a loop above the sink water level, you can get dirty sink water running down into the washer.

Should be wet with clean water. Check/change the pump and also the belt.
