can anyone help please - trip switches went last night - managed to isolate the source as the washing machine - wasn't in use at the time and have now worked out that when plugged in the washing machine blows the RCD in the fuse box immediately. Have tried a lamp in the socket - all ok, so am sure it's the machine?
