I have a problem with my Servis M3160W washing machine. It does not always drain. If it does drain the conditioner in the tray is not used!!???. If the conditioner is used the washer does not drain.
Things I have tried:-
1. I have checked the position of the drain hose all seems correct.(this has not been moved since the washer was installed about 18 mths ago).
2. I have just removed the pump and checked the pipe leading frm the filter thingy at the front and from the drum to the filter thingy at the front.
neither are blocked.
Is it possible the pump is faulty???
