Servis - Runs throufg cycle but drum never turns

Hi, Any advice gratefully received.

My washing machine will complete the wash cycle, but the drum does not turn at any point (wash, rinse or spin). It stopped moving part way through a wash yesterday. It makes all the right noises but motion is zero.

After getting the clothes out of the machine I moved the drum by hand and there is no resistance at all (I could be wrong but would swear that there was some resistance previously)

belt come off / snapped?

but unplug m/c before you look, thats unplug, not just switch off

Great diagnosis Breezer, it was the belt.

Thankfully it had only come off, so I have reattached it (fingers crossed)
