Hi

This is the picture of the running gear. Often the catch doesn't open with the door handle which means the door won't stay open. Any ideas on the cause?

I have oiled everything but that doesnt help. I figured the next step is to remove the trim but I can't. Any ideas how to remove it? There are two plastic clips at the bottom (second picture) but compressing these with pliers doesn't work.

Fixed. Trim needed a lot of force to remove, nothing more. Although I thought I might break it!

From inspecting both sides without the trim I found there is a small spring that pulls the catch into the correct position. This had somehow got into the wrong place and needed levering back into position with a screwdriver.
