The report says the police have made arrests.

The thing about getting on your high horse (pun intended) about people breaking the law is that lots of people of all colours do it. Some get away with it, some get caught.

Here is a video of the horses in Manchester the other day. It certainly looks weird, but it is not clear what is actually happening. I am sure if something serious, like them hassling counter protestors had occurred, we would have seen it by now. Any further videos would be useful:

They are obviously there to intimidate. They ain't there for a lovely ride in the countryside!

Possibly. Probably. It is certainly very strange. But I find it difficult to believe, in these days of everyone videoing everything, that they did anything very serious and we've not seen it. Here is the same video which might be from the man who took it and you can hear him telling the police officers that the horse men were chasing people. Hopefully, more videos will emerge:
