Would like to put a shaving socket into the bathroom. Do I connect it to the lighting circuit or spur it off the ring main.

Don't forget:

1) to use a socket with an isolation transformer

2) that if the socket is in Zone 2 or Zone 3 you are supposed to notify LABC about it in advance

Plug in bedroom wired in 2.5 T & E (cpc not used) clipped on skirting, thru to bathroom, just above lavatory hand basin, a twin socket with shaver adaptor plug in to run a shaver in bathroom.

All done by a Spaniard living here.

Part P has some resons for its conception if not its birth methinks.

Had worked for years therefor must be safe.

Oh and a joint in strp connectotor taped up as well

YE GODS. The mind boggles
