Shed Base on unlevel ground - wood frame?

Hi there,

Probably a noddy question here.....

I'm replacing my shed base, as it was a cr@p job previously. I have a bag of MOT1 for the base, and then will cement 10 or so paving slabs for the shed to sit on.

The problem is the area where the shed has to go is not level.... and if I level it, how do I keep the MOT base from spreading out? I have put together a timber frame which I was going to use and which would keep the base in, but if I leave it there, it'll obviously just rot.

Advice please?

You can pour a shallow footing under the wood.
150 mill wide and 100mm deep.
Mix up concrete by hand.

Plenty of free slads online so maybe go pick up and lay a base.

You can also lay bricks in a rectangle to set wood on....

Are you currently intending to totally fill the timber frame with MOT1, then level that off, and then put the concrete paving slabs on top of that?

Can't you just level the ground without the timber frame? Then put the paving slabs on top of that.
