Currently I have a simply armoured cable with live and neutral (no earth) going to the shed from a fused spur inthe conservatory. It feeds into a trip switch up to a fuse box, down to a doulbe power point and then into a light and switch. I have been informed this is not legal and the systemw on't trip which is true, can someone tell me what I need to put in there instead to make it legal, what equipment I need to buy and then how to do it......PLEASE

sounds like it has not been installed correctly, you mentioned no earth, what do you suppose the armour is for?

also the cable may be too small, you are not qualified to do the job (sorry) may i suggest you get severl quotes from qualified electricians to correct it.

may i also suggest you search for "part p"
