afraid its not within the building line thats the front face off your building not anyone elses

you may already have permission
where any buildings there when you moved in ??

i meant if the previous people say 4 years ago got planning permission for 2 shed but only built one

park a caravan there for storage
then when the neigbour get cheesed off offer to swap for the shed you want

unfortunately i think your stuck with do it on the quiet and hope no one notices/complains
or go the planning route
but dont take my word for it as its only my opinion albeit well researched over the years
i dont know everything as i am still learning

£170 for PP for a £400 shed...

Annoying to have to jump through hoops when logic says on my land I should be able to build up to where everyone else already is....
