Shed Planning Permission-Scotland

Hi,

I am replacing my existing 8x6 shed with a 16x7 wooden shed.
It will need to be sited 1ft from the boundary fence so that we can access our garden between the shed and the gable end of the house.

The shed size or hight is not a problem,but the distance to the boundary might be,we cant move the position due to the layout of the property

Will this require planning permission as it is close to the boundary,or does it fall into permitted developmet for planning.

I think you should phone the cooncil and ask them, they'll know best.
