Shifting compacted moss underground drainage pipe

I need to shift compacted moss in an underground drainage pipe.

Have tried all types of manual removal.

What's the best chemical product to use?

None, get a Drainage Contractor with the right kit. High Pressure Water jetting should be ample to remove moss.

As above.
But compacted moss suggests a drain from a down pipe/gulley so is the pipe possibly going to a sump? or to tie-in with a manhole drainage?
