Connecting vertical soil stack to underground rest bend

I need to connect a new black PVC vertical soil stack to underground drainage via a newly installed rest bend (brown).
Is there a fitting which has to go between the rest bend and black pipe at ground level? I was thinking something like this:

One would normally use a socket if the isn't one on the bend.
