Shock from welder.......(pic)

So, a guy buys a new (to him) welder, and thinks it is faulty as he keeps getting shocks from the metal case.

The welder is 32amp three phase, and this guy has made himself an extension lead for it using 16amp plug/coupler to start with!

Notice anything odd?

Some people should never be allowed out of the house unaccompanied.
