Short soil pipe

I am replacing my toilet system in my bathroom and when I come to fit new pan the plastic soil pipe going out to the stack is too short can I extend this pipe or is it a push fit into stack and just nees replacing with longer piece?

Yes you can extend the pipe to required length.

Chamfer the end that fits into your elbow outside and lubricate with washing up liquid to ensure a tight fit.

WHether you can replace it depends whether it's glued in or not.
BUt you can of course buy wc pan spigot extenders.
