Hey guys, apparently during the build of my new extension one of the lintels got damaged

Now, first thing to note is that there's an identical window next to it - so I can ignore it, but I'd need to make sure the other window is the same height. It's not huge damage, but it's more noticeable in real life than on the pic - it's very obvious, even from a distance.

I guess this is a "what would you do" post? Only thing I can think of to rectify it is to rake out the mortar and try and straighten it but I don't know how well that'll go.

If I do leave it, what's the best way to resolve it come render time?

Rake it out , straighten it best you can and repoint if you're worried about it

It's only holding one block up so won't be an issue removing the mortar
