Should I worry that dosconnected pioe still has water in years later?

Hi I trimmed a few inches off the end of what used to be a hot water feed to a washing machine that has been disconnected at least 3 years and water came out.

I assumed that it would have evaporated by now.

Are there any risks in leaving it with water in?

A slight health risk, from Legionella, why can you not simply drain it out?

Thanks, it's all pretty level, maybe there's some way of pressurising it to blow it out?

A water-vac on suck, or ordinary vac on blow.

Cut it back to where it branches off the supply pipe.
