Hi,

I would like to fit the flooring that is used in the shower areas of gyms / swimming pools etc. Does anyone have any idea what it is called and the adhesive I would use to fix it? It is the vinyl / lino type material.......

Thanks,

Matthew

If I read what your after correctly its non slip vinyl the type with particles in, we used to just call it contract vinyl. If you go to any carpet shop (not carpet right or any other like that) they will have sample cards. If they dont have it they should be able to piont you in teh right direction . I cant remember the adhesive name/type

Hope this helps

They are normally from industial suppliers, see here, there're many types of flooring.

One of the most common of this type of floor is Altro.

It's a specialist job to lay though, all seams, corners etc are welded with hot air.
