I am looking at getting one of these

http://www.qssupplies.co.uk/bathroom-furniture-shower-taps/8217.htm
I want the taps on the long length, there are plenty of illustrations
showing them there.

I have got the tech. spec & the dimension in the middle of the long length is 50mm.,
The taps I have are bigger than that, does that mean I need new taps?
Has anyone got an experience they can share.
The bath comes no holes & I will be getting the Carronite model.

You will require to hole the bath with 22mm diameter, possibly 25mm. Most baths are sunk into the wall slightly, then there is tiling and the body of the tape to consider, this often leaves it a tight fit or an impossible fit.
If your existing taps will not allow you to install in this location the options are.
*New taps that will
*Relocate taps to a position that will
*Wall mounted bath filler. Similar to these

Thanks, I was afraid it wouldn't be as simple as I had thought.

Taps in the middle of the length of the bath are damned impossible to access once the bath is in unless you have access through the adjoining wall.
Are you sure you can't manage with the taps at the 'Tap End'?

Put the taps in the wall if your determined to have them in the middle.
