I don't see why not. If I can cut the stubs a bit they should work. I think ill get some and give it a go anyway, worth a try before ripping it all out. Cheers Keithman

Worth having a go before you take the tiles down!, even if you have to solder a stub of 15mm pipe in?.

Of not I'd be taking that shower back and buying a new one it think.

Don't bodge it, change the fixing bar or the shower. No other way to do it properly.

I would have a shot at Keithmac's link post 18 - if it works, which I think it should with some judicious fettling, then great. If it doesn't then just lost some time and not too many bucks.

It won't, it's the wrong fitting. This will all be on show for years to come - do it properly, it won't take long.

Take the tiles off change the pipe to 15mm coming horizontally through the wall make sure they're at 150mm centres with a bit of play. I'll post an image of what you need.

You can get better ones that are brass but this shows you the concept.
