Shower door sealing problems?

I have recently installed aa suare shower from B&Q where the doors close at a corner point by magnetic strips.

I am getting a bit fed up with trying to stem the fow of water from the bottom of the magnetic strip joint every time we use the shower.
#Is i just poor adjestment or is there something available to help the situation?

is the cubicle installed squarely with the walls? if its not perfect square then the doors will never close properly.
