Hi I'm looking to get a shower fitted at home and want to know if it is OK to take a feed from the hot water pipes that run to the basin. I have a combi boiler. Also what type of shower would be best for this. Thanks

Can't see it being an issue. My plumber advised me i could do this for my ensuite saying the 15mm pipe is good enough for a shower off a combi boiler.
Full bore isolation valves may be worth usign though instead of semi-bore. (?)
