Shower going hot/cold (not electric)

I bought this shower valve for a house in about 2015. It seems i now have some problems with it.

Do you think i should just buy a better piece of kit and swathe whole think over, or could it be fixable ?

Any ideas on an alternative. I only need the valve.

At that price just buy another one and replace it . That is if it's the mixer and not the plate on the combi

I think the combi is ok, because the rest of the house is working normally.

Screw fix sell a swirl valve, but it is about £50. Looks very similar to the eBay ones.

Prob will change it.
