At that price just buy another one and replace it (y). That is if it's the mixer and not the plate on the combi ;)
 
I think the combi is ok, because the rest of the house is working normally.

Screw fix sell a swirl valve, but it is about £50. Looks very similar to the eBay ones.

Prob will change it.
