Hi
I just had a new ensuite shower installed (by B&Q) and found a leak near the shower door. By experimenting I have eliminated the supply and waste pipes, so now it seems the leak is due to bad seal or grout somewhere near the right hand corner of the cubicle where the shower tray, door, and tile wall meet (left hand corner if looking from inside the shower). Standing inside the shower I poured water towards that corner and the wood stand beneath the shower tray will become wet (so there must be a gap somewhere water gets through). However, there seems to be no visible crack or hole on the seal or grout near the corner.
Shall I just ask the B&Q guy to re-seal the area, or is there any way to clearly identify the cause of the leak?
Thanks.
