Hi everyone,

Thanks in advance for your help!

I have fitted a shower light and extractor fan going into the loft (See pictures attached) from the bathroom and going roughly 2 meters to the fan then a further meter down to the side of the house down underneath the roof. (sorry not sure what its called)

It all worked well until after about 2 weeks using it there started to become damp patch circling the shower light and when i inspected in the loft there was a lot of water in the flexible ducting, which when i lifted the ducting it went down the pipe towards the bathroom. The loft is very cold and obviously the hot air condensed when it came through the ducting and travelled back toewards the bathroom and also the other side-The question of the damp solved - what to do now? that's hopefully where you come in.

Is there any way I could use solid piping or would it still condense into the pipe?

Ive tried to draw what Ive done in a picture and plan - as you can see its not the best but you get the idea

Any ideas would be great View media item 29287 View media item 29288
