Shower losing pressure

Help! My shower (18 months old) has suddenly lost pressure. iIhave checked the water pressure on the taps is ok, but there is only a trickle through the shower. It sprays ok when switched on (for first 5 seconds) but then goes to a trickle. The spray head is clean. Any ideas

Shower is aTriton T80 7.5KW. Have already checked for kinks in the hose but problem persists.

check the inlet filter isn't blocked
