I am replacing an existing surface-mounted mixer. the new one looks like it has standard-spaced pipe (8" or so) but I would like to add service valves immediately adjacent to the mixer to make it simpler to replace in future (the existing cold supply has a gete valve by the loft tank, and the hot has a balolofix under the far side of the bath).

Is there something suitable? Preferably on a mounting plate? I have an idea I have seen one somewhere used with a bar shower.

The mixer is on a removable ply panel which I don't mind taking off once more, but don't want to have to do it again.
