I'm having difficulty with a Swirl Mixer Unit, i have my 15mm pipe coming through wall, fixed behind wall. I have my 1/2 inch nut on the pipe...the swirl comes with " S connectors", but I cannot get a seal...if i try with an Olive, the Olive will not fit into the connector and hence leaks...if i try just PTFE on the S connector thread into the 1/2 doesn't bite and just spins...so how do i seal them....my guess is fibre washers..but would like some confirmation or other ideas ...

thanks Andrew
