Ok now I'm getting a little worried about this guys mental stability should I suggest he get some Prozac for his shower, He goes on to explain that he fitted the new shower after the 8 yr old one failed, Now I'm twitching and asked what cable he used? the reply was "oh the same stuff that was on the old shower" more worried now I took the covers off and gasped The original cable was 4m/m,
Then having a look in the loft I found the reason it only worked at weekends, When the old boy came home from work a bit dirty he'd have a shower while his wife cooked his tea, Yep the 4m/m feed to the shower was joined via a very sorry looking choc-block to the 6m/m cooker main
As someone with more sense than this guy once said DOH
Couple of hrs later and 2 new 10m/m feeds and a couple of mcb's from the cu in the garage were in
