Shower or bath tap not firing boiler

Hi just happened over the last few days our shower wont fire the boiler so having to put CH on for a shower but its only lukewarm at best. CH is working fine also the bathroom sink taps and kitchen taps are working just not the bath or shower. Model of boiler is Ravenheat 820/20.

I'm pretty much a novice but if this can be fixed easily I can follow instructions any help would be greatly appreciated

It could be that the diverter valve has become stuck or seized or even the motor head has packed in.
What type of CH/DHW system have you got?

Not too sure...not a very good one at present ha

Okay, has the water flow rate decreased any, as you require a minimum of 3l/minute, if you are still achieving over 3l/m then it sounds very much like the 3 way valve needs replacing. Other than that it would be worth checking the micro-switch.
