lukewarm bath tap

I have a shower mixer bath tap & have a combi boiler
I get hot water through all my taps except Bath tap which is lukewarm
can anybody help me rectify this problem

Likely it's the flow rate through the bath tap have you tried reducing the speed of the flow though the tap?

what size is the boiler ?
