Installed a Neptune 8.5kw shower for somebody and the small plastic piece that slots onto the shower back piece that's fitted to the wall is missing. Obviously they can't use the shower until they get this. They got the shower ages ago and have no receipt so was just wondering where they could pick one of these up? Do you think they would get one if they contacted the manufacturer?
