Shower Problems - HELP!!

Why does my shower trip the sockets when i turn the shower off??

When i turn my shower off, it trips the sockets turning off anything plugged in but leaving all the lights on around the house.

Can anybody help me???

Is it on it's own circuit breaker?

Have you got a shot of you consumer unit?

I don't think I'll be able to help if you can't answer the question or post a pic up of your consumer unit.

What shower is it? Is it a power shower supplied by mains water and heated instantly or something else? Chances are it could be a loose connection but unless you can supply more detail it will be pure guess work.
