Have New Team (Bristan) Jetforce pump fitted to hot and cold feed to Grohe shower. Been fitted and working fine for years.

Pump has recently got a lot noisier and we only get warm water from the shower (not hot as if it comes direct from hot water cylinder). It's not so hot that we cannot shower (although it is too hot for my personal liking), but we cannot get cold only when we have been able to before.

Have tried resetting hot/cold stop on shower thermostatic control, but no go.

Also, when running shower, if cold feed to pump turned off, water gets very hot.

Have checked feeds at pump - outlet side, both pipes feel same (warm) temperature. To me, this suggests that the hot and cold are somehow being mixed in the pump itself. Is this possible? If so, it suggests that something has gone wrong in the pump.

Any ideas?
