Its a 2 bar ST Monsoon negative pressure pump, about 8 years old.

About 1-8 times its used it will fail to pump, normally when you've done an initial rinse down and have a pile of shampoo on your noggin.

Always seems to start, when it fails to start up the shower will drip for 1 to 3 minutes and then fire up. There's a light buzzing noise from the pump when its in 'demand' state, but not pumping.

Would that be a flow sensor, or I've been told that the start up capacitor might be going.

I've checked the in line filters, but they are all clear.

Thanks for any help.
