Shower pump working intermittently

Hi
Can anyone help me with my problem, I have a shower pump under my bath that supplies the mixer tap to give me extra presure on the tap for filling the bath and for using shower, it hasw been perfect for the last couple of years. Now all of a sudden it stops and starts makes and bit on a noise then just trickles. Another time i will turn it on and its fine then it will happen again

Is the float valve in the cold water tank working correctly?
