Shower Rail - How to Hang

My bathroom has Plasterboard Dot n Dabbed (hope thats right), and on this are white Tiles.

I want to fix a circular Shower Curtain Rail to this wall, and am unsure how to

a) Drill the Tiles
b) Fix the rail to the wall (there is obviously quite a leverage on the fixing point).
