Shower, rounded grub screw cant remove cover, replace shower?

Hi

I have a Mira Silver EV shower, I can’t get the front mixer lever off because the grub screw underneath is completely rounded. I need to get in to turn the tempersture screw, it’s not hot enough

I was going to put an Allen key with superglue in the hole to see if I could get it it to turn but if I can’t difficult would it be to completely replace the shower mixer with one that has exactly the same dimensions?

Is it not too difficult a job to remove the shower and do all that?

Drill it out and buy a new lever https://www.showerspares.com/search/mira_silver_control_lever_assembly_1628.111/ if your super glue trick does not work
