Hi.
Does anybody out there have experience of fitting a Novellini Aurora 3 two section shower screen?
I ordered this recently and had to wait a while for delivery as it was made to order in Italy because of the glass and finish combination I wanted.
Arrived a couple of days ago and started fitting it this weekend but have found that because of the design there is a gap between the top edge of the bath and the seal. I've been puzzling over this and thinking that there must be something I'm doing wrong but convinced there is no other way of doing it.
Now had to remove it and refit my original screen. Please take a look at the photos which were taken after I removed it but clearly illustrate the issue.

Thanks for the reply. This is a brand new screen and a quality brand so I would expect the seal supplied to be correct. I shouldn’t need to start looking around for larger seals but don’t see how I could be doing anything wrong.

Perhaps the seal shouldn't be pushed full way onto the glass, i.e. further down so it touches the bath? If I have found the correct instruction it doesn't seem clear.

Is there something half way up the seal, like a depth stop, in red below?

That's a great suggestion so I've just had another look at it. That part is quite thin and flexible so pushing the seal strip onto the bottom of the glass goes past it very easily. I assume it's purpose is to exert some pressure and keep the opposite side pushed against the glass.
It is exactly the same seal as on my existing Novellini Aurora 1 which is a single panel hinged screen. Seems like the Novellini support is in Italy so don't know if there's anyone in the UK I can actually talk to.

I know it isn't very clear but the bit on the left of the diagram looks like it is to the top half of the seal. Maybe the top of the bit on the left hand side, and the top of the seal should line up? I can't see anything else you could have done wrong.

I haven’t seen any reference on the Novellini web site to a water bar being needed and none of the images show one. Paid out quite a lot for this and having to get something else to make it properly usable isn’t really an option.
