I am replacing my shower cubicle and tray. The present one is raised 3 inches and sits on a timber frame to accomodate the waste. The previous owner has no-nailed some boarding around the tray to cover the gap but this doesn't look right. Is it possible to buy some kind of plastic plinths to cover this gap or if not what would be the best way to cover the gap. Any help please?

Have a look at some offcut soffit board. Lovely polished finish. Fit with some mirror screws to complete.
