I have ordered a concealed valve that can be chased into the wall. But I am now worried that this will make maintenance very difficult. Are they fashionable but not very practical?
buy a good quality one (im a big fan of the mira excell) and you should have no problems.......buy a cheap one and it could come back and haunt you. But in essense they are pretty and fashionable but not particually practical when they fault.
Not so bad if they are concealed in a stud wall backing onto, say, an airing cupboard. Put a bit of thought into how you fix it so if you do get trouble, you can 'approach it from behind' without too much disturbance to tiling etc.
