our triton t70si shower has stopped working,i have checked supply to shower and is ok,however, when switched on the power neon light doesn't come on resulting in failure of water supply,what has gone on shower?[/b]

Have you opened the shower up and had a loock at the connections? You're looking for discoloured conductors in the choc blocks.

as said check the choc block in the shower for mains power if no power then i suspect the pullcord or choc block connections.
if you get water flow but no neon when dial turned then the main tco has failed.
if you call triton and the fault lies with the power supply to shower then you'll be charged callout of around £90
