Has anyone ordered from these guys recently http://www.showers-direct2u.co.uk/?
Only I placed an order about a week ago and haven't recieved it although they've taken payment & I can't get through on the phone and no response by email

I paid by visa debit and I'm not sure how to go about proceesing a claim if needed?
It's not life changing money by any means (<£60) but it's still annoying.
From what I can work out they're linked to http://www.bathroomtechnology.co.uk/ and http://www.aqualisa.co.uk/ so take care if ordering from them...

Right if you paid by visa you can claim it back mate. You have to wait 30 days before you can claim tho. Been there done that.

I'm always wary of these ten a penny online discount retailers, most are just backstreet hovels who ship straight from the manufacturer.

Bombard them with emails and phone calls.

buying off the internet can be nothing but trouble. you cant beat going to a shop/merchant, if somethings not right, you have a face to moan at. is saving a couple of quid over and above personnal service really that important?

The purchase had nothing to do with saving a few quid, it was all about availiability, that was what I thought anyway.
The manufacturers don't sell direct and their recommended suppliers couldn't help for a couple of weeks.
