SIAMP Cistern Inlet Valve Seal Recognition

I am after a replacement washer/seal for a SIAMP toilet cistern inlet valve for a cistern as originally supplied bi MFI. Can anyone please tell me the difference between the following as advertised on Amazon’s web page?

SIAMP cistern inlet filling valve diaphragm seal 34951307 at £2.50 and
SIAMP float valve diaphragm at £2.64 and
SIAMP diaphragm inlet valve washer 95 at £3.53.

They all look the same to me.
