Siamp toilet cistern not filling up

i have read a few posts on this site and have changed the diafram that was split so now changed refitted the nut turned the water back on. But no water coming through stripped it again water is coming up the inlet pipe but stops at the top. Washer is in the correct way.
Anyone able to help cistern just does not fill up at all

Did you check the inlet diaphragm let by, before it was installed. Not jammed in any way?

Hi all sorted checked flow without nut slowley all good then noticed diafram white plastic mount with the pinhole in it had a dark area so had a look and a very small piece of the old diafram had blocked the pin hole. So removed and refitted All is good better than before So yes it was blocked thanks for that.
