hi,got a problem lol.my toilet cistern will not fill up once it has been flushed.i have change the diaphram and still no joy,its a siamp inlet value.any help would be great.
There's generally no need to remove the cistern to change the filling valve. Isolate water to valve, disconnect pipe from tail, there will be a nut underneath cistern holding filling valve tail in place.
thanks for your reply but the nut on the value is conceled in the toilet pan,the cut off value is out side so i think i will have to take the cistern off the pan.what do you think.
