I was working on one of those boards only yesterday, when I get back on Monday I'll have a look for you if you've not got an answer by then.
Try calling round a few of the older well established Newey and Eyre branches, Even though they don't "officially" stock them anymore, small parts like odd value MCB's or split load kits are sometimes still lurking in the "odd" box at the back of the warehouse.
