Siemens Rev23 RF Stat

Hi
I have been asked to connect the above stat to a Heatline Solaris 24PC combi, the owners have lost the MI's. dog ate them, cat sh***ed them etc!!!
The boiler will have a link wire in, think I've located this, white termainal block near plastic cover, the stat has a
N =
L =
L1 =
L2 =

Take it perm line/neutral to l/n
Does it matter which way the other cables go into the L1 + L2 from boiler?

Hi
Just been chatting to a m8, he reckons that the Heatline Solaris is a low voltage system, so the customer would need that type of stat.
Can anyone shed any light.
